Every market has its own rails
Athletes get paid on the rail that's normal where they live — local clearing in Australia, ACH in the US, SEPA across Europe, Interac in Canada. Where a local rail isn't available, SWIFT, cards and wallets fill the gap.
Funding works the same way in reverse: local virtual accounts in 12+ currencies, global accounts over SWIFT, and direct debit across 30+ countries so the float is topped up before payouts go out.
